Now, I LOVE online fitness coaching — outside of my wife and son, it’s my #1 passion in life. But you may well be thinking “who is this guy and why on earth should I listen to him?”

 

Well, I’m a 50 year old man, I’m a Poliquin Group certified personal trainer, a proud husband to a beautiful wife and father to an amazing son.

I’m an extremely busy man who has actually transformed themselves from an over-weight, middle-aged guy, into a lean, fit and muscular man in less than 3 months. I’ve been able to turn back the hands of time and continue to achieve sustainable muscle strength and a lean physique through my 30's, 40's & 50's.
